A valid credit card is required to be left on file upon booking.

Cancellation/No-show policy
Thank you for entrusting your care to Drenched Wellness, When you schedule an appointment with Drenched we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible via phone call or text, no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

DO NOT SEND A MESSAGE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THROUGH THE TEXT REMINDER THAT IS SENT OR AN EMAIL. Failure to cancel an appointment without a 48-hour notice for a scheduled appointment will be charged an automatic fee of $50.


In the event of documented “no-shows”, and/or same-day cancellations, the client will be dismissed from the practice and not be able to rebook an appointment.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you paid a deposit and you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour allotted time to reschedule you can use that deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. You must reschedule within one week of the original appointment date. If you don’t reschedule within that time frame your deposit is lost.

If your card on file is declined, your appointment will be cancelled immediately, and you will no longer be able to receive services at Drenched Wellness until your balance is paid.

Late policy
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled, and your deposit is lost. It WILL NOT apply towards another appointment or products. Your card on file will also be charged the remaining balance of your scheduled service. Our team and other clients’ time is valuable. We can not risk going over into other clients’ appointment times to service late customers.

If you are a returning client please be on time for you scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Clients who have prepaid for packages who are No Shows or have late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will be charged a fee of $50.

Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

Payment/Return/Refund Policy
Payment for all treatments are due at the time of service. All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Any unused portion of a package/pre-paid service may be eligible for store credit towards other procedures or products within one calendar year from your original purchase. We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.

We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-clinic credit with 14 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., broken pump) may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

We are committed to continuously expanding our services and although we make every effort to keep our website and social media sites updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Special offers( i.e., packages) and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change without notice.
